At Matcha Fuel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our tea products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your matcha tin or accessory is unopened, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
